3-21-2020 UPDATE: Store hours and availability. Showrooms are closed at both Wink eyewear locations. We have minimal staff answering phones daily from 11-3 (ish). We are checking our emails constantly though so feel free to email us if you have any questions about a current order are in need of an emergency repair or replacement for your glasses.

As we enter the uncertainty of the coronavirus pandemic, Wink eyewear is taking every measure possible to insure and prioritize the safety of our our clients and our staff, while trying our best to continue to serve the communities that we love and provide financially for our team.

We deep clean constantly. Tables, tools and frames are cleaned immediately after being used or handled. And we are attempting to maintain a safe and respectable distance from each other and our customers.

All Wink eyewear locations will continue to be staffed and the phones will be answered this week. However, our showrooms will have limited access to the public in order to maintain the CDC’s recommendations for social distancing.

Should you have an eyewear emergency, (broken frame, slept on your glasses, scratched lenses, etc…) please call us. We will still be here to help and even do repairs and adjustments but you may need to schedule access to our showroom.

If you already have eyewear on order, when it arrives it will be checked in, adjusted, cleaned and packaged and you will be notified as usual. At this time we are offering free shipping (or home delivery in Lawrence and St. Joseph) and we encourage you to take advantage of this.

If you were planning on purchasing eyewear in the next few weeks but are following social distancing practices, we would like to reward you with the opportunity to purchase discounted gift cards (actually store credit) through our website for that future purchase. This would help support Wink and our staff through the next few weeks and reward you with a discount for having to delay your eyewear purchase.

Everything is in flux for everyone and we are adapting daily as necessary so please follow us on facebook, instagram and our blog to stay up to date on hours of operation and availability of our servicess.

We all have loved ones and those with pre existing conditions that we desire to protect from the pandemic. By slowing social interactions now, we believe we are not over-reacting, we are early-reacting.
